The measuring stick adopts a precise scale marking design, which can directly measure the vertical height from the ground to the highest point of the cargo, covering the common truck load height range (usually 1.5m-5m, with extended models customizable on demand), and the measurement accuracy can reach the millimeter level. Whether for different truck types such as box trucks, flatbed trucks, and container trucks, or irregularly stacked cargo, height data can be quickly read, providing accurate reference for loading operations and preventing cargo over-height.
1.2 Compliance Control and Risk Early Warning
It assists in compliant freight operations and avoids safety risks in advance. The measuring stick can be preset with height limit standard scales for highway transportation (such as common domestic height limits of 2.5m, 4.5m, 5m, etc.). Some models are equipped with striking color marks (red, yellow, green) to distinguish compliance ranges. During loading, it is possible to intuitively judge whether the cargo exceeds the specified height, avoiding fines and vehicle impoundment due to over-height, and at the same time preventing over-height cargo from colliding with public facilities such as bridges, tunnels, and overhead lines, reducing the incidence of safety accidents.
